A positive and peaceful place - our Anti-Bullying work

Positive and Peaceful Places

King Richard III Infant and Nursery School is a

positive

and

peaceful

place!

That means that everything we do is based on kindness and care. This helps us to make our anti-bullying policy part of real life at King Richards too.

All schools and all groups of children and people need to work hard to deal quickly and effectively with the early signs of bullying. Part of our promise to children and parents is that, as soon as we know about it, we will make sure that any problem STOPs straight away.

What is bullying? It's unkind behaviour that happens Several Times On Purpose. STOP!

How can we stop it? We Start Telling Other People. STOP!

Bullying needs to STOP straight away, as soon as it starts, and we can STOP it if children and parents tell us about it.

We always have a children's anti-bullying policy at King Richards. This year, a group of children worked together to make a poster, rather than a policy, to keep the key messages clear to everyone.
