Reading at home
As part of the Little Wandle phonics and reading program, your child will be taking home two reading books.
One will be a decodable phonics book, which they can read by themselves (the Collins Big Cat book), and the other will be a reading for pleasure book, which your child has chosen and may need some help with reading some words.
Please ensure your child brings their reading folder, with both books in, into school everyday. Your child will be reading in a group three times per week.
