🌟 King Richard III Infant and Nursery School Newsletter 🌟

29th June 2025

Dear Parents and Families,

We hope you and your children are enjoying the lovely summer weather!

🏃‍♀️ Sports Day Success!

What a wonderful Sports Day we had last Wednesday for our Reception and KS1 classes! The children were absolutely brilliant, and it was so lovely to see so many of you there cheering them on. Thank you to everyone who came to support - your smiles and encouragement made the day extra special for all of our pupils.

📋 School Reports

Your child's school report went out on Friday by email. We're pleased to say that nearly 80% of families have already downloaded their report - well done!

**If you haven't received your report yet, please:**

- Check your email junk/spam folder

- Make sure the school office has your correct email address

- Contact us if you need help accessing your report

📊 Attendance Reports Coming Soon

We will be sending out attendance reports later this week to the same email address. Please keep an eye out for these.

📅 End of Term Reminder

Just two more weeks of school to go! The last day of this term is **Friday 11th July**. We know the children (and parents!) are getting excited about the summer holidays.

☀️ Hot Weather Tomorrow - Important!

Tomorrow is going to be very hot. Please help keep your child safe and comfortable by:

- Dressing them in cool, light clothes

- Sending them with a hat

- Packing a full water bottle (we will refill it during the day)

- Putting sun cream on them before school

We will be doing lots of activities in the shade and making sure all children drink plenty of water.

Need Help?

If you need any support with emails, reports, or have any questions, please don't hesitate to speak to someone in the school office or on the school gates at the start or end of the day. We're always happy to help.

Thank you for your continued support.

With warm wishes,

Ms Harrison (Headteacher at KRIII) and the whole school tea
